- Purpose of Agreement
The Company agrees to provide the Client with a six-week intensive coaching program (the "Program") to guide the Client in starting and operating a group home remotely. The Client understands that the Program's success depends on their effort and commitment, and the Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results.
- Program Details
- Duration: The Program will last six weeks
- Services Provided: Coaching sessions, resources, and guidance as outlined in the Program description. The coaching sessions will be conducted by Katrina Robinson, a representative of Roundtable Living LLC.
- Client Commitment: The Client agrees to complete all assignments, attend scheduled sessions, and actively participate in the Program.
- Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the Program and the investment of time, expertise, and resources, no refunds will be issued for any reason. By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and accepts this policy.
- Satisfaction Guarantee
While this program operates under a no-refunds policy, the Company is committed to your success. If you fully participate in the six-week intensive program, complete all required steps, and feel that you have not achieved the expected progress, Company will provide up to four additional weeks of mentoring at no extra cost. This guarantee is conditional upon the completion of all program assignments and active engagement throughout the initial six weeks.
- Limitation of Liability
The Client acknowledges that the Company does not guarantee specific outcomes from participation in the Program. The Client agrees that the Company shall not be held liable for any results, outcomes, or decisions made by the Client as a result of the Program.
- Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the Program are the exclusive property of the Company and are for the Client's personal use only. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or share any materials without prior written consent from the Company.
- Confidentiality
The Parties agree to keep all personal and sensitive information shared during the Program confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, personal goals, and financial details.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall first be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in San Antonio, Texas.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By making this payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms outlined in this Agreement, including the non-refundable payment policy.
