Terms and Conditions – Group Home on Autopilot Online Course
Purpose of Agreement
Roundtable Living LLC (“the Company”) agrees to provide the purchaser (“the Client”) with access to a self-paced online course titled Group Home on Autopilot (the “Course”). This Course is designed to educate and support Clients in starting and operating an unlicensed group home remotely. The Client understands that their success depends on their own effort, implementation, and consistency. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome or result.
Course Details

Format: Online, self-paced digital course

Access: Upon enrollment, the Client will receive immediate access to all six (6) modules, including templates, worksheets, and downloadable resources.

Delivery: The Course is delivered via Kajabi and is available to the Client through a secure login.
Client Commitment
The Client agrees to take full responsibility for their learning and implementation. This Course does not include live coaching, personalized feedback, or one-on-one support. The Client is responsible for going through the material and applying the strategies to their own business.
No Refunds Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Course and the immediate access provided to all course materials, all sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.
By enrolling in this Course, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:

They are committing to the full payment, whether made as a one-time purchase or through a payment plan.

No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to lack of use, change of mind, or financial circumstances.

If the Client has chosen a payment plan, they are obligated to complete all scheduled payments.

Satisfaction Guarantee
This Course does not include a satisfaction guarantee. The Company stands by the quality of its content, but results are entirely dependent on the Client’s effort and action.
Limitation of Liability
The Client agrees that the Company shall not be held liable for any actions taken or outcomes experienced as a result of implementing the content within the Course. The information provided is for educational purposes only and is not intended to serve as legal, financial, or professional advice.
Intellectual Property
All materials within the Course—including video lessons, templates, forms, downloads, and written content—are the sole property of the Company and are protected by copyright laws. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, share, or resell any of the materials without prior written consent from the Company.
Confidentiality
The Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of login credentials and any non-public content within the Course. Any unauthorized use, distribution, or access-sharing will result in immediate removal from the Course without refund.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be settled through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will take place in San Antonio, Texas.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By completing this purchase, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the No Refunds Policy, payment obligations, and limitation of liability.
