Purpose of Agreement

The Company agrees to provide the Client with a structured coaching program (the “Program”) designed to guide the Client in starting and operating a group home remotely. The Program combines milestone-based one-on-one coaching, group coaching, and educational resources. The Client understands that the Program’s success depends on their effort, consistency, and implementation, and the Company makes no guarantees regarding specific results.

Program Details

Program Duration

The Program includes up to six (6) one-on-one coaching sessions, typically delivered over approximately twelve (12) weeks on a biweekly basis, unless otherwise stated. Total access to the Program and all included services is limited to ninety (90) days from the date of enrollment (“Program Period”). After the Program Period ends, access to live coaching, group sessions, and mentorship support will expire, regardless of whether all sessions have been used. 

Services Provided

1. One-on-One Coaching Calls

    • The Client will receive Six (6) private one-on-one coaching calls with Katrina E. Robinson or a designated representative of Roundtable Living LLC.
    • These calls are scheduled at specific milestones within the Program and are intended for high-level strategy, decision-making, and progress reviews.
    • One-on-one calls are not held weekly and are not on-demand.

 

  • If the Client fails to attend a scheduled one-on-one session and does not provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ notice to reschedule, the session will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled or replaced.

 

  • Unused or forfeited one-on-one calls will not extend beyond the Program Period.

 

  1. Group Coaching Calls
  • The Program includes weekly group coaching calls during the program window.
  • Group calls provide live coaching, Q&A, accountability, and peer learning. Coaching may be delivered live or, at the Company’s discretion, via recorded sessions made available to participants.

3. Resources and Guidance

The Client will receive access to program resources, frameworks, and educational materials as outlined in the Program description. Access to all resources will be revoked if a payment within a payment plan fails.

Client Commitment

The Client agrees to:

  • Attend scheduled group calls and one-on-one sessions
  • Complete assigned tasks and action steps
  • Actively participate in the Program
  • Take responsibility for implementation and decision-making

Failure to participate does not extend the Program Period or entitle the Client to additional coaching.

Program Window Policy

All coaching programs include a defined program window to ensure clients receive focused and timely support.

  • The program window begins on the date of enrollment (or reinstated access, if applicable).
  • The Program includes up to six (6) one-on-one coaching sessions, typically scheduled on a biweekly basis, unless otherwise stated. 
  • The total Program access period is limited to ninety (90) days from enrollment (“Program Period”). 
  • All one-on-one calls must be scheduled and completed within the Program Period.
  • Group coaching access ends at the conclusion of the Program Period unless otherwise stated.
  • After the Program Period expires, access to live coaching and mentorship ends; however, the Client will retain ongoing access to any digital course materials included in the Program.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the Program and the immediate access to coaching, intellectual property, and strategic guidance, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for any reason.

By enrolling, the Client acknowledges and accepts this policy.

Satisfaction Guarantee

While this Program operates under a no-refunds policy, the Company is committed to delivering value.

If the Client:

  • Actively participates in the Program
  • Attends scheduled group calls
  • Completes assigned action steps
  • Schedules and attends all milestone-based one-on-one calls

and believes they have not achieved reasonable progress, the Company may, at its discretion, provide up to four (4) additional weeks of group-based mentoring at no additional cost. This guarantee does not include additional one-on-one coaching and does not apply to clients who fail to participate fully during the original program window.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Client acknowledges that results are not guaranteed.
  • The Company is not responsible for the Client’s business outcomes, financial results, legal compliance, or personal decisions.
  • The Company shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from participation in the Program.

Intellectual Property

  • All materials, frameworks, templates, recordings, and resources provided during the Program are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
  • Materials are licensed for the Client’s personal use only and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or resold without written permission.

Confidentiality

  • Both Parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all non-public information shared during the Program, including business strategies, personal circumstances, and financial discussions.
  • Group coaching participants agree to respect the confidentiality of other members.

Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith mediation.
  • If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
  • Arbitration shall take place in San Antonio, Texas.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance

By submitting payment, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Agreement, including:

  • The structure of milestone-based one-on-one calls
  • The inclusion of group coaching as a core component
  • The defined program window
  • The no-refunds policy
